Job Description

This role is responsible for selling IT Infrastructure building solution offerings (ELV Systems, Data Center, Electronic Security systems, IBMS systems, Audio Visual Systems , Network and Data Security, Messaging and Collaboration, End-User Services, Information Management, IT Service Management) directly to customers. Must understand competition and develop appropriate winning sales strategies to apply sales and solution expertise, often in conjunction with Partners. Role would be assigned to specific opportunities where they possess the sales and technical expertise required to conduct all phases of the sales cycle.

Employees in this role will present the value of ITeS, Electronic Security and AV solutions to all levels of customer management and drive services product line sales; and for the customer’s satisfaction with the engagement and offerings. They must be effective in teaming with other Turnings sales and technical resources to provide complete solutions to customer business requirements. Drive Deals from Opportunity, Identification, Validation, Qualification to Closing the Deal.

Core Skills / Experience

  • Exposure to delivering consulting projects w.r.t ELV, Electronic Security, Audio Visual & IBMS Systems.
  • 5+ Years of sales Experience in Selling IT Infrastructure ELV solutions, with Proven Track Record in Sales and in Having Sound Experience in Driving Deals.
  • Identification of new projects through website (internet), contacts (internal / external Newspaper, Magazines, outside agencies etc.)
  • Maintaining of existing clientele & developing new clients.
  • Presentation to client about capabilities of organization.
  • Attending the pre bid meeting.
  • Capability to translate the customer business issues in to IT Infrastructure requirements
  • Attending the post bid meetings i.e. Technical Discussion, Commercial Discussion and negotiations. Evaluation-Submission & documentation of tender/contract including approach and methodology, Work Plan and Project Schedule.
  • Submission of Technical Proposal.
  • Preparation of Project Budget and Commercial Proposal.
  • Strategy for tender pricing & negotiation.
  • Technical presentation of Proposal to client,
  • Co-ordination with the branch offices on prospective business at regions.
  • Handling customer queries & grievances
  • A good conceptual knowledge on IT Infrastructure (Server/Storage/Network/Middleware etc. & IT Service Management)
